About my services

As your Mortgage and Protection Adviser I will ensure you receive the right guidance and advice to assist you every step of the way through the home buying, moving or remortgage process.

I offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice meaning you will be provided with the best products for your needs. Not just the LIMITED PRODUCTS which can be found on the internet or particularly through your bank.

By liaising with the lender, estate agent and solicitors I can ensure deadlines are met. A level of service which cannot be obtained directly from a lender or a comparison site.

Protection of your loved ones, assets and business are also important and I have a whole-of-market offer with products to meet most eventualities, including agricultural and equine cover.

We deal with the whole spectrum of insurance, from personal Life, Accident and Illness, through Business insurance and Property and Contents.

Alternative Lending

This covers alternate funding, such as Bridging loans, Secured loans, Complex Mortgages and more. Call us to discuss your requirements.

Additionally, I now provide cover for agricultural and equine purposes including horses, livery yards (including public and employers’ liability), horseboxes and trailers.

Talking to a broker

At what stage in the house buying process should I talk to a broker?

The best advice is to start the process of applying for a mortgage before you even start looking for somewhere to buy.

It’s awful to find a dream home and then find out you can’t get a mortgage to pay for it. By talking to a broker you’ll set your expectations, work out a realistic budget based on your income and the monthly repayments – so there’s no disappointment.

Another advantage is that you can get an Agreement in Principle from a lender before you go and see any houses. Then, you’re in a strong position as a potential buyer.
